McAuley College School Officer – Learning Support and Enrichment (Level 3) Position Description and Duty Statement

The School Officer – Learning Support and Enrichment (Level 3) is a member of the College Support Team, specifically working to support students with needs to access the learning and teaching in the classroom under the guidance and direction of the classroom teacher. The School Officer – Learning Support and Enrichment is accountable to the College Principal and will report directly to their Line Manager, the Support Teacher – Inclusive Education.

​​As a member of the McAuley College staff, the employee in this position is required to ensure the Catholic Ethos and Mercy Traditions of the College are maintained and enhanced through their work.

​​Adminis​tration Assistant (School Officer - Level 2) - McAuley College BEAUDESERT

McAuley College is seeking an appropriately qualified professional for the role of Administration Assistant (School Officer - Level 2) commencing in March 2019. The position is fixed term for the year, and will include a full day of work (7 hours) per week during term time on a day to be negotiated with the successful applicant. The person in this role will provide assistance with the day to day operations of the College, specifically with reference to the Front Reception of the College. The successful applicant does not require qualifications beyond a Junior Certificate, but experience working in a school setting or other receptionist / administration work is desirable. Typical duties and skills are outlined in the attached Position Description and Duty Statement. ​​​​​​​​​
