Each year, as a College, we have worked to live out our core belief of "Blessed be the boots that carry us to action for Mercy's sake in our world." As it is in the likeness of Catherine McAuley and the Sisters of Mercy, the “walking nuns”, where we draw our inspiration to be active in our service of others both in our local and global community. The image of the boots, along with the Mercy Cross, will symbolise this in our community. It will acknowledge the footsteps of those we follow, and the legacy we create for those to follow.
