We are keen to engage in conversations that provide constructive feedback in order to grow and improve our practices, and ensure we continue to make decisions that are well aligned with our known values and priorities. 

To this end, McAuley College implements the BCE Complaints Management Policy and Procedures for our students, parents, guardians and community members. It is a clear and logical tool to assist you in raising any concerns, within a transparent process which promotes reasonable timelines and respectful boundaries in reaching a resolution. ​
